Distance?

Could someone tell me the distance in miles from the fork at the intersection of Coba Road and the Tulum Beach Rd to the enterance of the Sian Ka'an reserve?

I am not totally sure, but, it is about 34 miles to Punta Allen, so I am thinking it would be about 20-25 miles to the Sian Ka'an entrance.

I would have guessed about 15 miles -- although it does seem longer due to the condition of the road and stopping for beer every so often.

Thanks for answering my question. The reason I ask is that last year we only made it as far south as El Paraiso beach bar. This year, late May early June we want to explore more of the Tulum coast south of that beach. We were planning on being dropped off around El Paraiso in the morning and just walking south.
If the Sian Ka'an gate is approx 20 miles from the El Paraiso this might turn into a longer adventure then we had first anticipated.

I am terrible with distances Wolverine, you are probably alot closer than I am. Nice drive though, no matter how far, as long as you don't mind the potholes.
