Hello all! My hubby and I will be in Tulum on Dec 6 and we are so excited! We've been to Cancun and PDC before, but never farther south than that. Tulum seems right up our alley though! Low key, easy going, not as crowded and touristy as PCD. We're staying in the Pueblo at Maison Tulum. Your threads have been so helpful, specially the one about driving and how to handle the local police!

We are also searching for our future home, which we hope to move to in a few years. We would probably rent something for the first year, just to make sure. Are there long term rentals in Tulum, and how does one go about finding them? In an online search, it seems that its all vacation rentals. :confused:

April, thank you for your quick reply :) We are definately going to check out that development. Not sure if we are "builders" though, but we want to explore all our options!
