This is probably my all time favorite sunrise picture. My Grandson had his arms extended and he was just twirling in circles. I didn't think to put it into "movie" mode until the mood had passed him ~ but I will have it embedded in my mind forever. Brings a smile to my face every time.

It is kinda funny how traveling with kids brings back those memories from when you were a kid. All he needed was the sand. He must have spent just 30 minutes covering his feet. :)

I missed this report! I have to say: Taking the grandkids and their parents down there last may was THE BEST trip ever, and something they will never forget, or us. It is so great just watching and watching and being filled with utter joy at their joy, and curiosity, and just: Hey! I am in paradise, no worries in the world. Great pictures
I agree: This one is amazing. No one should MISS a sunrise in Tulu/Akumal a beach, ever!
