This is such a noble project, a small townhouse project being built on the South side of Tulum. He has just lowered his prices by twenty thousand dollars. I know he has only four left, anyone who wants to engage life, may be interested in this. The builder is American and hes really tried to create a quality house, all built by local Mayans, its pretty incredible. Also to let you guys know there is no airport being built in Tulum its a lot of hype as far as I can tell. The big hotel at the end of the beach road was built illegally with bribes, and there is quite a problem there with it! Tulum is not Playa nor does it want to be. They are building hwy 307 around the town though to take all the truck traffic out of Tulum http://www.mcewenbuilders.com/prop_tulum.html

These are on the South side of the town of Tulum, just after you pass the last speed bump you go about a quarter mile and its on the right side two blocks into the jungle. Its right after the windmill comune on the left side of hwy 307. They are in the process of finishing the South side of town beach road which is right by the last speed bump. It takes us about ten minutes to drive to our private beach which comes with ownership in the project. Kind of South of Titas. This stretch of Highway will soon only allow local traffic, they are building a loop to bipass the trucks around the town so not to have all that traffic going through Tulum. The Crystal centoe is about 8 minutes to the South of us. We have the most wonderful people who have bought here. We met them all at Christmas, and it is amazing. Some Italians from Milan, who are master divers. Some Canadians from Alberta who are artists, and then some people from Arizona who have a buisness as translators Spanish to English English to Spanish, and they are just wonderful people. We also met the People from France! Tulum is great because there are so many people from all around the world!! Do you know why Hurricains dont hit Tulum?? Its because of all the underground rivers coming together under that place, or so the Mayans tell me. I dont think I have ever been on a more spiritual piece of ground in my life!!
Let me know if you want some pics of my house, I am going back down on the 23rd to keep decorating!!!
