Stunning property for rent on tulum beach

Hi There,
I have a property on the Tulum beach just before the reserve, it will be available as a rental over the christmas period, it can be rented as the whole house or an apartment, which all overlook the sea.I have a truly unique property in Tulum, which is beautifully furnished and surrounded by beautifull palms.The property is no cabana , it is a solid building , very beautifull with huge terraces overlooking the carribean sea. So if there is anyone out there who is still looking for their last minute christmas accomadation , let me know. It is only available now as plans have changed and i am now going to be here over the christmas period.

This is the first time this property will be rented to people other than family and friends.
We have a large ground floor apartment which has a huge terrace overlooking the ocean , an equiped kitchen and luxury bathroom , this property is a one of in Tulum.This apartment can accomadate 4 easy with 2 more on a sofa bed if needed.
The other accomadation consisists of 3 apartments upstairs ,again overlooking the sea with balcony , these can accomadate a couple and if needed a small bed for a child.One of these apartments has wrap around windows instead of balcony. All of the accomadations have stunning 4 poster beds.
All apartments are equiped and furnished lovely as this was our home, all linens and towels , also cleaning included.
We also have a seperate room downstairs , which normally we use for extended accomadation for the main apartment, this room is the only without a kitchen , but again beautifull.
Lastly, not forgetting we are located on the beach ,one of the best parts of Tulum beach.
For the Large apartemnt downstairs we are asking $220 USD anight over christmas and for the upstairs units $160 , The room downstairs is $90.

We are located just before the Sian Khan Biosphere,
In actual fact the last property entrance before the arch.
It is very private and you would never know it was there.

Ok I know exactly where you are. We stayed just north at Tierra Del Sol and walked this section of the beach each day. We only ventured away from the beach if the property looked like a public resort. I do remember 2 places that fit the bill. When you post some photos could you send some photos from the beach looking toward your property. We may be intrested for June 07. Dave
