Si, BR. I love the far south beach of Tulum and we will spend time there for an afternoon or on a long walk from La Zebra. We wanted to try La Zebra as we like the restaurant and general atmosphere. But the room we wanted was only available three nights, which left us to look for elsewhere for two nights. Azulik has always been intriguing with the location on the rocks and cool looking rooms. Plus, it was just rated the "coolest sexiest" place in the world by a British travel magazine. And we couldn't live with the fact that we have not yet been to the "coolest sexiest" place on the planet. Usually we are much farther south than either of these hotels where there are fewer people so we'll see how it goes in the "crowded" northern sections of Tulum.:)

:wave:I just did a couple of massages for a *lurker* at Azulik...:eek:(You know who you are....jajajaja..);)...((And I happen to know there are LOTS of you lurkers out there, I've met you!! )):cool::p:cool:

She and her husband got the rediculously low SFP (Swine Flu Prices) for the first 3 nights........and then were going to go look for something else, but they couldn{t pry themselves out of there. And Azulik gave them the same deal to stay longer.

They hardly left their place, with that MAGNIFICENT Deck....Can't get closer to the water than that! AND a very cool bathtup. :boat:

And they went home rested and refreshed, 2 massages later....and very much in love with Azulik...

..Good to remember why you go on vacation, no?

One heads up, bring some extra surongs or indian blankets to maybe hang in the back windows to give yourself some better privacy.....

The tubs overlooking the sea: Are awesome. I longingly looked at them when we stayed at La Conchita a few years back. The beach is beautiful, and the rooms, from what we could tell were really nice/ocean view.
Have fun! Perhaps our paths will cross! Tulum 21-23 and Solimon Bay 24-31st! Not sure where we will stay in Tulum those days but we are making lists and comparing properties.
