Jade Hotel - Reviews?

I've been doing some research, and Jade Hotel seems to be a very interesting place to stay.

Does anyone have any experience with this place? What are your thoughts?

From the beach, the place looks a little obscured by palm trees, so I was thinking that the views probably aren't wide open, but I have never been on the property.

Haven't stayed there but did do a walk through with the owner in April. Property is very interesting and very rustic. Views are limited, only 7 rooms, one crownest with a fantastic view!!!!
