as it snows here in Golden Colorado..and my knees say NO to skiing....I reflect on the warm moist air of Tulum.....

Thanks for sharing your photos. I'm glad to see you set up a photobucket account and are posting these great images. You can create more impactful images by copying the address shown in the "URL" window of the photobucket photo you'd like to share, then clicking on the "Insert Image" icon above (the fourth one from the right with the mountain chain image). You're photo would then look like this....

Or when in the album you want to post from in Photobucket you can go to the bottom of the page and select the select all button then select the generate HTML codes..then click on the Code that is generated..I use the one for Message boards or Myspace..then copy and paste it here!

Sounds like you have it figured out but here is a little useful info.
Please note that although the multimedia gallery is referenced in the supplied info, it is currently not operating properly. So in the interim you will need to use another image hosting resource such as Photobucket.com for which there is also info provided below.

First, an image must reside somewhere online (not on your home computer)... such as your Member Gallery in the Multimedia section of Playa.Info. Or on a free image server that allows 3rd party linking (such as photobucket.com... which is what I use for photos that are not Playa related.)

To post an image in a thread using an image stored in your Playa.Info MultiMedia Member Gallery:

Go to your member gallery.
Right click on the image you want to post or control click if you don't have a two button mouse.
Select "copy image location".
Go to the thread you want to add the image to.
Select "go advanced" below the reply box.
Type any text you want in the post.
Then click on the image icon http://www.playadelcarmeninfo.com/playa-forum/images/editor/insertimage.gif and paste the image location you copied from your member gallery.
Click on preview to see if the image is there.
Then click submit to post it to the thread.Basically all you need to do is add the bbc code tags to the beginning and end of the image link. So if you wanted to do it manually, you'd simply add directly before the url/link of the image without any spaces and at the end of the url/link of the image without any spaces. If you want to see what the heck I'm talking about...hit the quote or reply button at the bottom of this message like you were going to respond to me and check out the code for the image that appears below.
