1000 things to do between now and then, but man I can't wait.

So, two new (well "new" as in added to the list) places for our must-eat list are Casa Violeta and Pancho's in the pueblo. El Tabano, Playa Azul, Hechizo, Cetli, La Luna and a couple of other places in the pueblo. Hey, there aren't enough dinners in the week for all the places to try! I hate it when that happens, but I seriously think it's one of the things that keeps me coming back.

I also have that mini-list from Carrie-on about the new places to check out on the south beach road.

I almost feel, just a little bit, like I'm going off to my second job, but it's one I'm willing to pay to do. Man, I wish I could get paid for it!

My pile of stuff to bring is getting higher, it's almost time to start cutting it down to size. :cool:

Sunday ~ Sunny & cold ~ high of 43!!


Monday~ Cloudy, temp at 30 in the morning. Chance of snow and a slight chance of rain in afternoon. Highs around 45. Never rained or had any snow this day. Just overcast all day ~ gloomy.
BR ~ you have temps of 49 this morning.

Tuesday~ Rain, rain & more rain ~ snow in Monticello, Big Lake, St Cloud. WTH?? Right now ~ I hear sleet on my windows......
BR ~ clear and avg temps around 42

Wednesday~Snow upon wakeup!! Not much, but snow. St Cloud had over 6 inches. Not so much here!! Just 34
BR~ mostly overcast, high 40's

Just a sidenote ~ Fargo crested at record highs. They got over a foot of snow in the last 3 days ~ glad I don't live in Fargo or Moorhead!!


Thursday~ Today is supposed to be sunny and in the 40's
BR ~ Looks the same as yesterday, high 40's still overcast.

Friday ~ Starts at 28 and supposed to be sunny and high 40's. Yesterday was beautiful here.
BR ~ Light rain and drizzle ~ temps in low 50's

Saturday ~ 40's and overcast ~ feels colder
BR ~ looks like the best weather of the week ~ some clear areas and higher 50's

Sunday ~ coming home day ~ went way too fast I am sure!! Snowed last night. Freezing out there hope you have your winter coats!!
BR ~ You are coming home to nicer weather ~ clear sky and low 50's

patience my dear friend. We had a great time together- lots of laughing, belly- busting laughing. A detailed trip report will follow next week I am sure. We had good weather- a few really windy days , some car trouble- luckily we had two cars, mostly really good food. But a great time- we travelled very well together. I would do it again in a heart beat. I don't want to spoil the report so you will have to wait.

Alright alright, I'll admit that my teaser was in jest. Just messing with y'all. ;) We all had a great time but nothing overly dramatic or exciting really happened. Lots of good conversation, a few trips here and there, and much relaxing in hammocks. But really, we were so worried about disappointing everyone that we started making up a fake trip report that would be more exciting. It involved Fran being hauled off by the Federales and doing a report on the facilities (including whether or not they had bathroom doors). :D :D :D But nothing of the sort actually happened, thankfully!

I hate being home!!!!!

You forgot about Pat's explanation to the federales which ended with her being Fran's roommate again and how we got La Luna all to ourselves. It was a pretty good report we had going over dinner at La Nave.
