Ok here it goes!!! We had a 7am flight out of Kansas City.We had a friend taking us to the airport and was going to pick us up at 4:30am good thing he called before he was coming because I set the wrong alarm setting and we were sleeping like babies. We rushed to get ready and off we went!!! Our flight left on time and we were ready for a long awaited trip.:beerchug:Lets get this party started!!http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/036_36.jpghttp://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/035_35-1.jpgWe landed in Cancun at about 10:30am I love the early flights it's like you gained an extra day.http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/037_37-1.jpghttp://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/039_39-1.jpgWe grabbed our bags and headed out to catch the ADO we only had to wait for about 15 min. before the bus showed up.Pulled into Playa and headed down to Java Joes(old friend) found Joel sitting at the beer bucket had a couple margs with him and he set us up with a ride too Akumal for only 20 bucks it's good to have friends in low places. We got into Akumal around 3:00 and just hung out on the beach the rest of the day.It felt soooo good to dig my toes in the sand how I missed it!!!!!:p We were pretty wiped out that first day so we crashed early.Day 2 coming soon.

You need to resize your pictures ~ try down a size. What web hosting site are you using??

Don't give up ~ you are doing a great job!! Cute picture of you and hubby on plane!!

I think it looks fine!!!! If you want, you can put a space between the pictures. Just make sure there's a line space between the links when you paste them in.

Love it so far....

in photobucket, click on the image and at the top there's a choice called ' RESIZE' click on that. I would choose large. when i did mine i did medium and i think they're a tad too small'. If you don't have a choice past medium you can always click more choices and physically move it to size you want.
At the bottom it should say 'save as copy'. select that also if you want to keep original same.

BUT your sizes are good I think.

I would just put 2 pictures next to each other then a couple returns before next batch and before text.

Looking forward to more.

Ok, what's really weird is I looked at this post on my laptop at home running Vista and it was fine. Looking at it at work with Windows XP is a whole different story. Anyone make any sense out of this??

Day 2. We woke up early and had a little breakfast on our patio.I fell in love with our condo (Playa caribe) it's located right in the middle of Half Moon Bay.We stayed on the top floor the view was incredible and we worked off what we ate with all those stairs. My sunrise shots did'nt come out that well but here goes

We spent much of the morning sitting on our patio watching the turtles swim up for air and dive back down they are sooooooo cute I could watch them all day. After spending much of the morning relaxing thats what this trip was all about we headed for the beach to do a little snorkeling.Half Moon Bay is very rocky a little difficult getting in and out but it's worth it right?Turtles turtles everywhere it was fabulous!!! We spent all afternoon snorkeling then walked down to the LBV for a late lunch.I can't remember what hubby had but I had the nachos they were pretty good. The margs were strong very strong but good.We saw Jorge walking towards us and I recognized him from photos in other TRs he was very nice and I met some of the waiters sorry can't remember names. After several margs we headed back to the condo and called it an early night. http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/011_11-1.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/040_40.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/013_13-1.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/014_14-1.jpg

Day 3. We woke up early had a nice breakfast on our patio agian.I could do that everyday!!! The view is just so amazing!!! http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/017_17.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/003_03.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/004_04-2.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/007_07-2.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/045_45.jpg We decided to go to Tulum that day so we got a cab it was only $20 I didn't think that was so bad.We hadn't exchanged any money yet and I wanted to do that in Tulum so we first went to the bank. The line was very long and we stood there for about 10 min. and it was not moving so we decided to look around for awhile and we would come back hoping the line would be shorter.Tulum has really grown since I was last there 4 years ago.Lots of new shops and resturants.I thought I would find another bank around but I didn't so we headed back to the same bank the line hadn't died down any so we got back in line.I hate standing in line on vacation, wasting precious beach time!! So were standing there and a familiar face walks in the bank and I'm thinking to myself I have seen her before so I ask her are you Margo??Yes it was Margo form Mexico. We had been pming each other a couple of times before I left to see if we could get together but it just wasn't going to work. She had guests coming and we didn't rent a car to get to her place. It was so funny running into her.She also saved us we didn't bring our passports with us to Tulum and we needed it to excange money at the bank so she exchanged it for us using hers. Thanks agian Margo:wave:after we were done at the bank we went and had a couple margs with Margo, she is so cute and funny we had a great time visiting with her next time I will definitely get to her place.here is a couple of pics of us. http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/017_17-1-1.jpg http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp104/marlenekay/018_18-1-1.jpg

Ha! That's got to be such a strange feeling, Margo, having all the folks who read this forum (some anonymous and some not so much!) be able to recognize you where you go! You're a STAR!!! :star::star::star::star::star::star::star:

Luckily for us you're so friendly and awesome about it!

Great start marlene, eager to hear about the rest of your trip.

After our funfilled day we headed back to Akumal but not before stopping at the shop at the 242 mile marker to get some of that famous almond tequila. When we walked in I asked if they had the homemade teguila and she pulled out three plastic water bottles and had us sample each one.The first Mango, second grape, and the third almond.I was feeling no pain when we left there. We bought a bottle of the Almond it is sooooo good.Wish I would of bought more I only have half a bottle left. When we got back to the condo we went down to the beach where we met the people staying in the condo next to us.We shared our tequila with them and had a great time visiting.Walking up all those stairs after all that tequila was challenging.:beerchug:Went to La Lunitas for dinner hubby had garlic shrimp and I had the coconut shrimp it was very good.we ate there 3 times it became my favorite.
