I remember one of my first 'real' meals in Mexico... back in '92. I hadn't moved to Mexico City yet but was visiting a production plant in Hermosillo and went to a little taqueria with our Mexican sales agent. It was called Carnes Clasificadas (Classified Meats!). I ate tripe tacos and lots of other gnarly things while seated in cheap plastic chairs under a palapa, and my agent sipped Tecate in a can with salt on the top while he sucked on limes. :)
