I am in Playa frequently and met a San Diego Realtor who just moved to Playa at Christmas time. He will be selling in Tulum and I would like to get in contact with him. I forgot his name, he has very blond hair, 30's and his boat is in the P.A. harbour. I do remember his friends name, from Boston I think, his name is Ryan.
