Villa name

What is the name of the Villa/Guesthouse next to Dos Ceibas? I'm referring to the neighbour to the south, it has a villa in the front on the beach and a two story guest house behind the villa. Any help would be appreciated.

it appears that the property next to Dos Ceibas is Hamaca Locas. Its kinda hard to read, but Dos Ceibas is near the bottom, and listed as Posada Dos Ceibas.

Unfortunately not having been there, this is just conjecture, but could be a place to start. Good luck!
