Transportation by bus, Cancun - Tulum

Our flight arrive in Cancun 16.45 the 23rd. Is it possible to take the Riviera bus from Cancun Airport non stop to Tulum or do we have to change in PDC?
In that case where can I find a schedule for the departures from Cancun to Tulum?
Does anybody have an idea of when the last bus for the day departures?

Is the collectivo a better option? Where can I find the collectivos at the airport? How do I know which vans are collectivos. How much would a collectivo be for a trip from Cancun to Tulum?

A lot of questions, I know... but any answers would be be appreciated.

Must catch public bus from airport to PDC, then transfer to Tulum bus or catch colectivo there. Approximately 10 USD one-way.
