Pepper, I believe you and Phyllis suggested Hamaca Loca as a place to stay in the Tulum area.

The only website I can find is in Italian, and none of the links work.

Any tips on how to contact them?

I don't know their contact info. It might be in one of the threads from procrastinet's trip report. If you do an advanced search using Hamaca Loca as the keyword and procrastinet as the user, you should find his reports.
